Inhale (Poem)

Enter, sweet breath.

Crisp as the sun at birth.

Tsunami of the sky

Light, borne of sight.

Gentle, hardy mirth

Let the sea rise.

Ether chest, mortal unrest

Skim the border

The very branches

Of death.

Wind through ribcage

Thunder amidst lung

Sigh and sing like perilous wing;

As end, feather among.
